  • Can we tour the condo before renting it?

    As each unit is privately owned , for liability reasons we cannot offer tours of units.

  • How many pools are available?

    The POA offers four public pools. The Seascape I and Ocean House condos have access to an additional private pool maintained specifically by and for owners and renters within that association. All pools and amenities are complementary and managed by the property owners association. We do not guarantee the availability of any POA amenities.

  • Is there a minimum number of nights we can rent?

    Minimum night stays vary and are determined by the Home Owners Association for each cluster. You can determine those minimums by checking out the description of the unit.

  • Are Pets Allowed?

    We have a handful of units that allow your furry friend to accompany you on your beach vacation. Give us a call or check out the amenities tab on the unit it see if the unit allows them.

  • Can I purchase Trip Insurance?

    Trip insurance can be selected at check out. It is provided by Nationwide Rental Guardian, a third party insurance company. Trip insurance is non refundable after 10 days and may only be added to your reservation within 10 days of booking.

  • What time is check-in/check-out?

    Check in is 4pm Check out is 10am

  • Can we check-in early?

    Early check-in is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed at any time, but if rooms are available early, we would be happy to get you checked in upon your arrival. You are free to use any of the available amenities the full day of your check-in, stop by the rental office to pick up your wristbands and start enjoying your vacation while you wait!

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.

  • Can we get groceries delivered?

    Yes, grocery delivery is available through Instacart and Walmart Grocery Delivery. You will need to call guard gate to add the delivery to access list so the delivery will be allowed through.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Over 120 days prior to check-in date - Full Refund* 91-120 days prior to check-in date - $200 or 15% of reservation, whichever is greater* 61-90 days prior to check-in date - 25% of reservation will be retained* 0-60 days prior to check-in date - NO REFUND *processing fees are non-refundable

  • Is there an age requirement in order to book a reservation?

    You must be 25 in order to book a reservation.

  • Do you have a smoking policy?

    We are pleased to say our units are smoke-fee. This includes smoking of any kind, including but not limited to vaping, e-cigarettes and prescribed medicinal marijuana. Please note that you will forfeit the entirety of your security deposit as well as any additional fees required to properly clean the unit and return it to our standard.
